Amber Oaks Ranch

• Eggs
  Why

Why this tag: “Our laying flock follows the egg mobile across the pasture, scratching through fresh grass under the oaks and leaving every paddock better than they found it. The payoff is in the carton — thick whites and rich, golden yolks that tell you exactly where these hens have been.”

• Beef & bison
  Why

Why this tag: “Our cattle spend their whole lives on grass, moving across the ranch in a steady rotation and growing at their own pace. That's what grass-finished means here — the pasture does the work, start to finish.”

• Poultry
  Why

Why this tag: “Our chickens live on grass, moved regularly to fresh pasture with sunshine, bugs, and room to act like chickens. Alongside everything the pasture offers, they're fed certified organic feed — nothing else. The difference is a bird that tastes the way chicken is supposed to, whether you're roasting one whole for Sunday supper or keeping the week stocked with breasts and thighs.”

• Pork
  Why

Why this tag: “We raise Red Wattles, a heritage breed prized for one thing above all: flavor. Our pigs live out on pasture, rooting and ranging the way pigs are meant to.”
